Bitdefender FR – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ok I`ve been using Bitdefender Internet Security for a year now. I had been using a rival product for few years before moved over. Price wise about the same the only thing I can say over Bitdefender is it seems more intrusive than my previous Internet Security. More ads from Bitdefender and and pop up warnings. So its possible I need to fiddle with settings to stop it. The layout for me was easier to understand quicker on my previous software too. But after all this I`ve still decided to stay and get another 12 months subs. So not bad enough for me to jump ship. If they get rid of adds maybe will give 5 stars

I read many Google reviews relaying the quality of BitDefender. After only having it for a day and having to call customer service, I was beyond thrilled at the helpfulness of the representative and her ability to resolve my problem so quickly.

I was in a tough jam with my email being hacked across several accounts. I installed Bitdefender and followed its instructions. When I ran into a difficulty that I could not resolve I contacted Live Chat and my problem was fixed in just a few minutes.

Bitdefender Total Security is the best one I've used so far and customer service is excellent.

I was changing cell phones and contacted Bitdefender to inquire on how to change my subscription over to the new phone. Adrian O. was very informative which made the process of changing the software from one phone to another - seamless. Excellent experience.
