BitDefender UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ik heb een zeer goede ervaring met Bitdefender. Ze bieden fantastische producten aan die mij (& andere) dagelijks beveiligen tegen online cyberdreigingen. Dat is nog eens een MVO-bedrijf.

I was able to speak to a representative by phone who understood my problem and corrected my issue quickly according to my needs.

The protection program is very wonderful and it actually detects malicious programs, but I have an important note for the company. I ask you to include the Arabic language, as other protection programs support the Arabic language. Why do you not support this language in the program?

Have had some issues with the automated renewal but when ever I have any issue, their customer support shines. They fix the issues and do so without delay, they also have 24 hour support

Was having trouble upgrading my subscription. I wasn't sure how to do it. Contacted support and Alexandru N. had me up and rolling in no time. Excellent product and great customer service. Bitdefender has kept my PC safe for years. It takes care of everything so I can get back to gaming.
