Pricey products, but GREAT customer service.

I've been using the Healthy greens and pro/prebiotic capsules, and after a few days I feel loads better. My energy throughout the day has increased, and I'm able to get more done. My sleep has also improved. I'm usually someone who wakes up 2-3 times per night, but lately I've been staying asleep and getting my full rest.

I LOVE BIOHM probiotics. I have been taking them for 3.5 years now, and going a few days without them definitely makes a difference. I was having some pretty bad digestive issues / stomach upset prior to taking BIOHM probiotics, and I swear they fixed me within 1-2 weeks. I tried a few other probiotics prior to BIOHM, and I felt like they made things worse. I will never go back!

I must say BIOHM has been a game changer in my life. Ever since I started drinking them over 3 years ago my gut has been so happy. My bowel movements are regular, my gassiness has gone away along with me leading a dairy free lifestyle and overall my immune system is STRONG.
