I did place an order through Bikesomewhere for tires. It wasnt processing fast enough for me. Mostly likely because the tires i wanted ship from India (Schwalbe). But i also read these reviews, so that got me nervous. I immediately send them a message asking how can i cancel my order. I was refunded my money within hours. So technically, my transaction went well. Again even through other sites my tires woudnt have made it until 2021 but my limited interaction with BikeSomeWhere was good.

Sorry there are haters out there, but my exp with bikesomewhere was great! I ordered my Fox flux helmet Saturday june 4 and got it Friday June 10 in west central MN. They provided tracking number, tracked it every day and it got to well before the weekend so I could use it. Helmet sells all over internet for $99 they sold it for $59.99 with free shipping, love it!! Perfect condition, packaged well, no complaints here. I heard that 90% of internet purchase errors are due to buyer mistakes. You cant please all customers all the time, but you can please most customers, most of the time.

I've had nothing but good service from Bikesomewhere. Good comms and customer service. Delivery times where good to the UK. Saw that there were some negative reviews so thought I'd give my positive view!

I recently ordered a very hard to find pair of pants. Endura mt burners size medium. No one else had a medium and honestly I thought this was not going to be true. I ordered them from a third party site, shop.com I think, I was informed via email the package would be shipped after Christmas ( which was totally okay with me). Package did arrive on time and was exactly what I ordered. I was concerned after reading the reviews and did call them to confirm my order the Monday after Christmas and had a good experience with that as well. Sad to see all the other reviews, maybe the business changed, hopefully. I will order from them again
