Big W Australia – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was in Dapto store just now looking for a special book that I saw advertised. I really wanted it! Tania and Billy were the most amazingly helpful girls. I had travelled from Sydney and they found the book amongst a whole lot of others. They were the friendliest, loveliest people and I can’t thank them enough. I bought 2 copies for my grandkids. Thank you Tania and Billy! 🎈🎈🎈

On Monday 10th April 2023 I purchased Uno Playing Cards for $7 from the Online Store so I could play it with the staff when I have my chat at night and with my Mum and Ben on Sunday afternoons.

I have never had a bad experience shopping with Big W and today was no exception. I rarely need to return products but after many months of struggling with a tablet I bought from them I finally relented and decided to go down the return route. I was prepared for a tedious process and expected the famous 'push back' when it comes to electronic goods. I called the support line to double check the process because I bought it online and found the response clear and friendly - just take it your nearest store, they may check it, assess if repairable, replaceable or refundable. My support worker took it for me (I'm housebound) to my local Spearwood store. The guy did a quick check and okayed a refund straight into my bank. After a bit of research I decided to do an upgrade to a different brand twice the price. I could have bought it from 1/2 dozen places, even a little cheaper, but chose to purchase again from Big W. Moral of the story - good service = good will. Good will = loyalty. Many companies could learn from Big W! Thank you Big W, and the Woolworths Group.

I would like to congratulate the staff at Big W, Brookside, Brisbane. First of all, the check-out staff are unfailingly lovely. But what impresses me most is that on the handful of occasions when I have phoned to ask whether they have a particular product in stock, they go to SO much trouble, and always locate it. These days, it's a miracle if a store even answers the phone. But this Big W staff goes above and beyond the call of duty these days. While doing that, they are unfailingly pleasant and polite. Thank you.

I called Eastland Big W store between 10-10.30am looking for Battle Giants. The lady who answered tried to get through to Lyn but she advised Lyn was extremely busy and recommended a call back. The lady called back no more than 30mins to advise she has not only located the product but put it aside for me to collect. Highly appreciated as this will make a 4yr olds birthday a lot more special ❤️
