I have been asked to buy a dedicated server from a shared Linux server by big rock technical team. 2 days ,but no one is replying to my emails where i am asking if propagation is complete. Rather they refuse to come on calls even during emergencies . And they have put my emails on auto reply. There is nothing but worst treatment meeted out to customers at bigrock even after buying the managed server plans! The worst is they are revengeful and see to it that you are harrassed if you complain against their staff. Their teams are all hand in gloves with each other with no kind of professionalism. Seriously feel cheated and harrassed by big rock technical team.

Big rock company employees are very revengeful . I took my Seo service refund from big rock because they did not know the basic keyword research. They cut my two month seo charges without providing me the required back links too. But they had my money so had an upper hand in everything I also have my KVM Linux hosting from bigrock and they are also managing my server . The guy omkar who has been a part of the server/sales team earlier and is now a part of the seo team too. I guess he is the one or may be the entire Seo team who are trying harass me by getting my site pulled down to cause me a loss in sales . Infact I am surprised how my emails to the escalations get shared with the seo team? My website on and off shows that the website is temporarily down or moved to another location. when i called up the support person he agreed to seeing this issue,infact he also noticed that site was opening slowly . But when the url did open it opened with the above error message. His name is Manjunath. Initially he said he will mail me and confirm that there was indeed such an issue. Then he spoke to the server team and then refused to send me any email . These guys do not want to leave proofs of their server issues . I want to talk to the head of bigrock( escalations/any department) that is responsible for ensuring that bigrock customers do not face issues and neither get harrassed by their revengeful employees This is the worst company in terms of services. Only their online support team talks sweet but their servers/ technical team are all pathetic ,in terms of their technical expertise. Next if you complaint and do get. a refund for a service, you might face issues with their other products , like in my case. And there is a clear indication of some kind of revenge from. aperson who has been in the previous department and hence trying to harass. This is the worst company . Please do not buy any of their products .

Everything was fine until I needed support! Canned responses with links to the "Knowledge Base" was the only response they had to offer. I had to transfer to a new registrar - that was the only resolution.

The worst services I have ever experienced. Their Support team sucks, they were not able to solve a single issue in a month.
