Terrible experience. Take almost 7 days to ship my order. Even worst, after finally receive my order but it was incomplete. Contact their customer support several days ago but still have not heard back from them.

did not ship full order. The day I got order only one item in box. Called customer support and was told another shipment was sent but didn't go out for 6 days after order placed. The extra money I was charged for shipping is a joke.

I recently bought my saltwater aquarium supplies from Bigalpets. They offered the best deals out there and they shipped the items quickly. I highly recommend Bigalpets and I will be buying from them again.

I've always used this site to purchase aquarium supplies they have the widest selection of aquarium related items and i have never had any issues buying from them.
