My first time ordering from biffi and it was a great experience. Customer service was prompt and responded to my emails quickly. I placed my order on monday night and received it in the UK on Wed so it was very fast order processing and delivery from biffi. Great job!

Not sure about the bad reviews but all I can say is faultless. Sneakers £200 less than anywhere else, emailed after reviews to see if in stock, got a reply within 10 mins stating yes, ordered and they arrived from Italy next day! No duties or tax either as all included. Cannot recommend enough
