BIBLOO.ro – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I return 2 packages and they claim they didnt receive anything. Becarefull they are SCAMMERS! They ask you for proof or receipt of sending after 1 month when you see they didnt return your money, if you dont have proof that you have return them the product, they will never give you money back for returned items, even though they received the package back! SCAMMERS.!!

They delivered a Converse pair that had 2 shoes with different sizes in the same box. Their customer support may be responsive, but they send standard replies with zero relevance content (consumer legislation doesn't apply to them, apparently). They're saying they'll return the money in 30 days, we shall see if this happens, but based on other users' experience, they do not respect the legal return policy.

Worst customer support ever...I was scammed with a product, made a reimboursement and they claimed they didn't received my package. No money were returned. Besides this they make FAKE sales, fictive prices ...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!
