As for PNY, this is YMMV because I don't discount those that have had issue with them, but I've not had one fail. I'd pick one over AData, for example, any day.
Checking my order history, 9 years ago I bought a 240GB PNY SATA ssd for $56. I think that drive is still working, but I have not used that laptop in about a year. (Chromebook converted to Linux)

I mean, in the entire world, is there anyone better with customer-centric options and support than Amazon and B&H? I hit a technical glitch applying for the Payboo card, so I called in. Superb support and creative brainstorming to find a way to come to a workable solution. I will, of course, always buy my gear at B&H (and sometimes Amazon).
I have been waitlisted on a product forever. It finally was back in stock - I ordered and the shipment was delivered but not to me. I was refunded the amount and the item was again on back order. It is finally back in stock and I used my giftcard in hopes that it may reach my sweaty, anticipatory hands. Thanks.
