BEYOND RETRO – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Edit: BR were really helpful on the phone and this has all been resolved. It took longer than I'd have liked, but grateful to Mattie and the team for sorting. Beyond Retro didn't deliver two items in my order despite charging for them. I have emailed the customer care address five times over the last month without reply, even going into the Oxford Street branch to ask about an update (which wasn't given). I've been a regular here over the last ten years, but the first sign of trouble has left me feeling scammed.
