Weill not give full refunds. I ordered one time from them. Horrible customer service and timely shipping. All but one pair didn't retain their fit and/or faded out even separate attention to delicates and hang drying . The skirt is horrible. Super heavy, frumpy looking. I decided to give it one more go. I placed an order in April. I still have not received, today was my second contact with customer service. They told me the order was stalled due to one of the items I ordered no longer is available. I didn't receive any notice of that. I was also told I couldn't get a refund on a new card due to needing to replace my old one. I cancelled the order. She stated there was no longer a guarantee of a refund. What!! I plan to go home and discard any items I have. I don't want to even passively support such a company with horrible quality, customer service. I have a feeling they are robbing Peter to pay Paul and that is why the orders are so delayed. Update just received a refund, it was a fraction of the original amount. I went back on the chat. I was told I did not ask to cancel the whole order. I stated I had and what was the partial refund for? He stated the pants that were removed because they were no longer available. I was then told by him that I delayed the order because I didn't remove them. The first lady told me it was delayed because they removed them once they didn't have them any more. After a lengthy chat he said he would send a full refund over to the warehouse and to me. And guess what the amount is still for about a third of what I paid. Absolutely do not order anything from them.

They are the only ones offering super long yoga dress pants worldwide as far as I know The cut and fabric is fantastic I have been ordering from them for years now. But yes you need to be patient with the service with slow delivery due to low stocks apparently

I love these pants - they fit me, are extremely well-made, and comfortable. I own four pair that I rotate through for work 100% of the time. But I will say that I've just come to accept that I'll order a pair and just forget about it, because it's going to be a month or two before they come in. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised and they come in a couple of weeks. But for the most part - order it and forget it. If that's not an acceptable thing for you, I'd just look elsewhere. Also, I've gotten the jackets and some tops - they're ok but I like the stretch because I've got some pounds on me - the arms are all too small. So I just stick with the pants.

I got 2 pairs of the 7 pocket slacks and they are perfect! They both fit perfectly and are a nice thick quality. Highly recommend this product!

I pretty much live in BetaBrand clothes. I haven't really worn other pants to work (I am an attorney, so professional-style workplace) since I discovered their dress yogas. I also frequently give BB shirts and jackets to my adult sons and they love them. Added bonus -- BB is great about returns and exchanges. Plus, their products are very durable and wash well. What's not to love? I refer friends to BB all the time.
