Didn't get my download links. Contacted support but they never replied. Luckily it was a free PDF but still, would not risk buying anything from here!

Terrible customer service. Don't believe their refund policy!!! The customer service representative would not issue a refund, could not show me the refund policy that contradicts the one shown on the website, and refused to put me in contact with a manager to resolve the issue.

The company has REALLY gone down hill in the recent years. As a custom of this brand from 2017 in the good old days, before they started focusing on profit and sales above product and customers. Looking forward to this company either correcting itself (please listen to your customers) of sinking itself so another more responsve company can come and serve the market.

I bought their Best Self Journals and also an Icebreaker card deck. I whip out the card deck all the time when I have friends over, some of the questions can be a bit deep but they really get a conversation going. Also the journals are the best, I feel so much more productive using them and setting daily and weekly goals. I found the shipping to be pretty standard as well, didn't take as long as some of these reviews read.
