Due to improved blood flow, my skin tone appears more even, and there was an additional benefit that I never would have imagined - it improved my mood, sleep quality and literally level of happiness. In summary, after a week, I observed an improvement in my energy intake during the day, the ability to study for longer periods of time, and a more effortless walking with the dog.
