Bensons UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I've yet to take delivery of my new mattress but thought I needed to give a review as I was so impressed with the service in store. Sales lady was very knowledgeable and very patient. Talked me through all the different types of mattresses/pillows but did not try to pressure me into buying, even suggested that I come back at a later date with my other half for a second opinion. Lovely lady, very helpful, would not hesitate to purchase from this store again.

Extra ordinary staff with excellent customer service. I’ve received online support and my goods delivered with care. My goods delivery team Raymond and Kwame did inform me time to time on the way to deliver the food to me and they were very polite and handled the goods very carefully

Good customer service. No pressure to buy today. Honest about discounts available. Showroom had enough selection to ‘try’. Salesperson was helpful, and knowledgeable to a point. Easy transaction, but then we paid by credit card and not their 0% finance. Not sure sales floor is ideally located, as is within a luxury Italian furniture store. Seemed a little out of place.

The bed came very quickly and they took the old bed away which was surprisingly pain free. The driver Simon and the assistant Paul was absolutely amazing, and he made me feel very comfortable when coming into my home. They were so lovely and very friendly!!

I previously brought a few beds and mattresses in the past from bensons and have always been impressed with the service. The staff were friendly but not invasive, which can put me off, listened to what I wanted and suggested a different mattress I was looking at. The one they suggested was more comfortable for me and the bonus was it was alot cheaper. I only went in to buy a mattress but as there was a 20% off headboards to I brought that aswell. The person who sorted out my purchase was fantastic, understanding and friendly. I love bensons for bed and always recommend them to people.
