Best cost-benefit ratio in mobile telephony I've had in Australia in the past 9 years. For every single thing I've ever thought to do with my phone plan - setup SIMs, setup & login to app, gift data, change plans, setup direct debit, request a report and much more - they've had a simple process, rich Help articles & phone app menu for self-service, easy-to-reach support team, and quick response for all avenues. Quality aside, I have not found a better-priced plan elsewhere to suit my needs, either. Mine is the 20GB mobile plan for $25/month. Expanded to include a 20GB data plan for a dongle, for $15/month. I've been a Belong client since 2 Jan 2022. My partner has been a client much longer and referred me. Belong is a cleverly designed division of Telstra. I switched from Telstra and haven't looked back since. Thank you, Belong (& Telstra)!

Amazing again with a fast fix to my stupidity and service staff available on the phone. I am surprised at the mid range rating here but think that is an indictment on the generally poor service in the industry in Australia. Belong is by far the best Telecom to deal with. Sure there have been some let downs but overall Belong systems, service, and speed is way beyond that of all the other telco's I have/had accounts with.

Lost my SIM card while travelling. Had the option to order a replacement to be delivered or purchase one at a retailer. It was only $12 at coles so I purchased one to be activated to my account. In less than 24hrs of purchase, my sim was activated, done through fb messenger. Thanks :)

So broadband died. It happens BUT contacted Belong via messenger on a weekend through the chatbot and promptly had an engineer sent to sort the issue. Fast efficient and no nonsense. Our previous supplier would have taken multiple calls and weeks to get things sorted. Excellent customer service and a pretty good price to boot

The Belong support team over on Twitter is always extremely helpful, which I find is where a lot of ISPs and companies in general fail. My service never has any down time and when ethernetted directly into the router, I pretty much always get the speed (and more) that I pay for. Very happy. One area where Belong could improve is the potential for higher speed packages. I believe all ISPs should at least offer a 250mbps package.
