Generally this is a good washer/dryer, but very complicated to understand for those of us getting on in years. My wife and myself are in our 70s, and we both found the User Manual provided to be 'inpeneterable' in many places, confusing and beyond our joint abilities to make much use of. We needed a simplified Operators Manual that explained what was going on in simple to understand language. There are also a few things that needed to be stated clearly right at the very begining for us oldies, such as "before you do anything else, run the drum clean function without a spin to calibrate the weight sensors", and even more importantly "NEVER EVER interupt the drying cycle when started, because this will initiate a safety lockdown, and you will need to call out an engineer to reset the thermostats before it will work again". There are many more points that need making as well for Operators, but hopefully you get my drift. This is why I couldn't give a better score for 'Ease Of Use' because there was too much to learn with totally inadequate documentation (from our perspective). If Beko wishes to contact me, I would be happy to go through the User Manual and explain where it's failings are (from our perspective), and show Beko what a somewhat decent Operator Manual might look like.
