Excellent customer service and shopping experience by Befitting. I love shopping online because because you can easily compare frames and lenses. The custom experience was great from making sure my prescription was correct all the way to the support time. I will be returning to Befitting for my future Rx and sunglasses needs. I experienced a defect with my year old glasses. Befitting was extremely responsive when I reported the issue. They asked for photos to understand and diagnose the issue and used the photos to quickly diagnose there was a defect. Befitting immediately determined that a replacement pair was warranted and I had my new glasses within about a week.
