BauBax – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought their Baubax 3.0 via Kickstarter. Added another one as add-on for my GF after the campaign ended. When it arrived, I had to pay duties (I wasn't informed by them, but it is pretty standard tbf). I did not like the craftmanship of my jacket. Poor stitching here and there, hood comes off too easily and other bits. Wrote to them, attaching pictures of the details that I believed to be sub-par. Been offered to get a replacement if I sent it back, but I would have risked having to pay the duties all over again and it would have costed me like the jacket. Got offered the value the full-price(and that covered entirely my duties and shipping) of the jacket as store credit for it. My GF jacket has a pocket with a stuck zipper, looks like there's no way of opening it, but for the rest looks ok. I feel too cheeky to also write them about it. With the store credit bought another jacket and pair of shoes for myself. And the size is just slightly too big, but they're still a comfy fit. Overall, I like the quality/value when they have a sale or a clearance. Would probably never buy an item full price. Return policies are stated pretty clear on the site, and I believe they handled my jacket feedback/complaint in a pretty awesome way. Keep in mind, above all else, it was around Christmas! I would have rated it 4*, but there are so many 1* on here just because people do not read the terms of a sale, that I decided to leave 5* to counterbalance it.

I can't speak to the way the original owners handled their business, but whoever owns it now has made customer service a priority. I got a pair of shoes for Christmas, but they were ordered in the wrong size. I was worried that this was going to be a big hassle, and I'd have to bug the person who got them for me, but NOPE! I went to the website where I was lucky enough to chat with CSR extraordinaire Adam Smith. I explained the situation, provided a little bit of info, and bada-bing bada-boom the exchange is good to go! This was like Amazon level easy, and I was talking to a live person who knew what they were doing within minutes. So far, I'm beyond impressed.

I backed the most recent BauBax Kickstarter and had issues with delivery, though I am not entirely sure whether they were caused by me or the company. Anyway, they made sure to iron it all out and re-send the delivery - no questions asked! Would shop there again!

Excellent Good quality and service

I started supporting Baubax since they launched the crowdfunding campaign a few years back. I ordered several pants and shoes since then. Extremely satisfied with the quality. The pants are so resilient, stain-proof, and the quality shines through. I get complements and get asked by people where I got them. The shoe are so light that since Baubax I stopped wearing leather shoe, even in the Winter (for the European Winters they are still warm ). Mind you Baubax products on the pricy side, but they worth every penny and more. A note on the customer service: I didn’t like the colour of the last pair of shoe I ordered via crowdfunding campaign. They exchanged the pair without questions; I had my second pair just a week later in Europe.
