I’ve been the recipient of many of their socks now (the ribbed ones are a personal favourite) and recently came across a slight defect in a pair received as a gift. The Bare Kind customer service team, Emefa specifically, were responsive, they listened to my concern, and their support was exemplary! Within a week, the customer support team had dealt with my enquiry and sent me replacements and gone absolutely above and beyond to ensure that when I opened my package I’d be over the moon. The quality of Bare Kind products is like no other sock, offering top comfort and while this may seem specific, the bamboo plushness helps the foot glide right into shoes without issue. Definitely a favourite business and one you should support, they’ll not disappoint!

I ordered socks as a Chistmas present but received the wrong order with 5 days to go. I had a response to my email the same day and the correct order arrived in time to wrap on Christmas Eve. Mistakes happen - Barekind handle them with grace and efficiency.
