I had a facial and manicure at Bannatyne spa was so amazing feels so much relaxed and I get what I was looking for. I had a beautiful glowing skin after a facial treatment and my nail looks perfect. Thanks

Booked a spa day for today with an extra treatment at the Blackpool location. Arrived early as wanted to use the pool first and on arrival I was greeted and checked in, the lady was great at answering my questions as I had never been before let alone for a spa day, she advised me what to do after my swim and after even explained how I could sign up just for 1 month to try them without having a direct debit set up which I ended up doing. She set me up and took my picture and gave me the bracelet. The lady who Did my spa session was amazing, her name is Jade and she was fab. She asked if it was my first time or if I had been before. with it being my first time she explained everything she was doing and also told me when to move around or when she was switching treatment. I have anxiety so was very nervous however she made me feel at ease like I was just hanging out with a friend. I really enjoyed the massage and it helped me relax especially with running a busy life and rarely getting time to myself. When it was finished she explained how to take it slowly and drink plenty of water to rehydrate and also told me what she used so I could get some as I mentioned how I loved the smell. I was 50/50 on joining as I tend to exercise at home due to nervousness but think the spa experience and the welcome were enough to convince me to sign up for the month. Props to your Blackpool staff!!!

Had a lovely Spa experience at Chafford Hundred apart from not being told the sauna and steam room was having a refit so not able to use but was kindly given a complementary voucher to go back at a later date. The Swedish back massage was amazing and would definitely recommend

Started in Braintree Essex Bannatyne health club no problems at all
