My initial experience was one star. Since reaching out to them about my disappointment on how most items were not shrink-wrapped, I received very good customer service and had all my questions and concerns addressed with free returns on the items that didn't meet my needs and help with custom orders on items I couldn't find anywhere else. Since then, it has been a 5-star experience, though I do caution new first-time customers to contact them about getting their items in packaging as most is bulk without packaging because of the generally lower prices.

We drove an hour to check out this business. Everyone was super helpful and pleasant. We chatted with employees and customers. We found everything we were looking for (we found some things we didn't even know we needed :) ) The volume of items they have was amazing. I am looking forward to my daughter using all the wonderful items she purchased! As a pastry chef she said she was in awe of the products they had in stock.

When I E mailed Bakedeco and they answered quickly and in a friendly efficient manner confirming that they do post to UK. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the in counter kitchen scales that I got from them. I had struggled to replace a Schlopp set of scales and had been left with a big hole in my worktop . These arrived so quickly that I was surprised and they fit perfectly !! Brilliant !
