Bag World Australia – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Bought twice from them. First time it was a soft-sided suitcase and the internal zipper was broken. Chalked it iff as a human error and let it slide. Second time bought a hard-sided carry-on and it had a dent on the side. I was furious to see that but unfortunately had to travel overseas in two days time. There was no point in complaining to them as i needed the bag and couldnt send it back. They dont bother checking what they are sending. Wont be ever buying from them again.

Sent item, then told me it was sold out I bought a bag from Bagworld on 26 Nov and got a confirmation email immediately. Today (29 Nov) at 3am I got an email saying it was sent. Then at 4pm I get another email saying that bag has been sold out! Bag finally arrived on 4 Dec. Product is what I ordered, so I amended the score. My trust in Bagworld process however is not restored.
