I placed my order one day and was delighted that it arrived the following day. I called my son to tell him and his partner that they could cross baby monitor off their list but he said they had already bought one. Therefore I sent you an email to explain that sadly I must return it. You replied, sending me '0' as the reference number. I despatched it 17/12/2020 paying the extra £1 for the proof of delivery to be required. The reference no. on the parcel is NV763888476GB I expect a speedy refund.
