I regularly shop in Midland Baby Bunting store and have had no way to compliment the service I receive, I would like to say the staffs in the Midland shop are very wonderful, once again I love service I receive and how supportive of my concerns I have about my children are met with compassion and care and genuine friendly nature, I always look for Di she is the most compassionate and genuine shop assistant I have ever come across in any retail environment. This shop is so clean and easy to navigate, and always so helpful. my praise and endearing thankyou to Di she should be openly recognised for her amazing attributes she shows in her employment.

We are proud grandparents of a little baby girl 11 months. We were in the market to buy a pram, so we can keep it with us for when she comes to stay. We chose to go to Bentleigh Baby Bunting as this was the second visit to this store. We originally chose this store as I was told that the level of customer service is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products! A welcoming experience by a lovely young lady Sarah greeted us with a smile. She assured me that her area of expertise is prams! We bought the UPPABABY CRUZ V2. We were also Greeted by another lovely lady MJ who reassured us that we were choosing a wonderful, and most comfortable very durable pram for our gorgeous granddaughter ❤️ It has exceeded our expectations!

Hi I was in Babybunting Doncaster, looking to get a replace bumper for our Easywalker pram, Baby Bunting do not stock spare parts, but Houda Samra staff member at Doncaster, went out of her way to help, as I could not buy direct from the Company that supplies as they don't post to Australia. Baby Bunting suggested they would order my part with their next order from Easywalker suppliers if I was happy to wait, which we did. Houda kept me updated regarding this and emailed me as soon as the part was in. Thank you so much we now use this pram again. well done to all staff involved with this order. very happy with the outcome and service.
