Baby Brezza – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My order got cancelled. According to their support: Baby Brezza reserves the right to cancel web orders without cause or notice at any time.

Bought a Baby Brezza Super Fast Strrilizer from Bed Bath and Beyond, smelled like burned plastic and smoke within a week. Baby Brezza replaced and same thing happened within a week with the new one. Now customer service has ghosted us. What a waste of money.

I would!!!! I am still trying to return a product to them that I have attempted to contact via phone and email. They never answered or replied! I contacted them via 3 different customer service emails, via facebook messenger, via their company website chatbot!l! No response from any methods I had used to contact them, and always no agents available even though I contacted them in their available time stated!! I hope this will help other customers know how bad their customer service is, and not regret like me! I would not buy ANYthing from them again!! They are horrible and will never answer you if you have an issue! Update on 17 Jun, someone finally got back to me and I was able to get my replacement! Looking forward to the arrival so that I can start making baby food purees for my LO! They informed me is due to Memorial day and Juneteenth holiday that is why they are short staffed. So hopefully this is a one off incident, so changing rating to a 3.0 instead! 🙏

You cant trust them. My babybrezza is stuck if i send them a mail they ignore me and if they not ignore they keep asking the same questions and dont reply at anymore
