Love travelling with BA , cabin crew are lovely and the flights are smooths and nice I travelled with lufthansa - never again

BA315 -16/06/24 Tom and the crew were absolutely incredible on the flight. They were incredibly attentive and made the journey such an enjoyable experience. There was a slight delay with Heathrow at the other end not having room for us, but they came around with complientary water and snacks and were so helpful. The Pilots and crew kept us updated and assisted the people who had transfers by trying to get information for them and also getting them off the plane first. They were professional and caring in what they did. Special shout out to Tom who is an asset to BA! I was flying back from my 40th and they gave me a card and a bottle of fizz which made my day! The plane was clean and we had no issues with luggage. I really appreciate all the efforts Tom, the crew and pilots went to to make this a relaxing and enjoyable flight.

At least the prices are genuinely represented online and they’re not complete cheap skates that try to screw you over at any opportunity. They’ve gone a bit more budget short haul to compete but long haul - their generosity with drinks and quality of service is still really fabulous. BA all the way for a safe bet. Reasonably priced and generous with drinks - what more do you need.

It was a nightmare dealing with the customer support team at BA. But then I found a different phone number on the web. The gentleman I spoke to was called Raymondo he went above and beyond to help me with the problems I was having I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was clearly very dedicated and competent. He always emailed me to keep me updated.

Flew BA Larnaca to London. Requested special assistance as have extreme anxiety. Staff in Larnaca airport so nice and helpful and checked in 3 hours early. Staff at gate also let me board early and the crew were lovely on the flight. Smooth flight running on time. Only downside is the plane was small for BA compared to other BA flights I have taken so not even drop down screens showing flight route. I wish they classed 5 hours as medium haul and gave us a tiny meal like they did before even on 2 hour flights.
