AW Cycles – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Had trouble bleeding my front brake . Phoned AW and spoke to Lewis ,he said they could do it that afternoon ! Easy parking outside and Lewis greeted me on entering the shop . Whilst I looked at the e-bikes Lewis carried out the repair . Great service and staff who obviously love their bikes . Thanks 👍🏻

I have bought 6 bikes from AW cycles over the years and could not have been more imporessed, in the shop I have dealt with Dave who always gives great advice and finds me the right bike even if it was cheaper than the one I was looking at, so I have never felt Ripped off. In the Workshop Lewis gives absolutely brilliant service and looks after my bike wonderfully. Everyone I have recommended has the same opinion, don't go antwhere else!

I bought a Ridgeback bike from AW Cycles back in 2006. Ridgeback offer a lifetime frame warranty but I no longer had the receipt. When the frame recently cracked as a long shot I contacted AW cycles to see if it was possible to get a warranty replacement after 16 years. They still had a record of the sale (I didn't have the receipt). They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement bike. When the manufacturer sent the wrong size they were able to sort it out. They built the bike and even offered to service it in a few weeks, all at no charge. They really went above and beyond for a bike I bought from them so long ago.

Took bike in with a grinding noise - Lewis found what caused it and fixed it. Amazing service as usual

We visited the shop today having a problem with our sons crank arm. The guy couldn’t have been more helpful, realising it might be able to be fixed without selling us something we didn’t need. He promptly did so. They could see us the same day and fixed the problem there and then. Old school good service is rare these days, we won’t be taking our bikes anywhere else from now on. Dangerous in itself as the shop was filled with amazing bikes :)
