Used to be a great machine but they added a swishing port hole animation for a majority of the workouts triggering sea sickness. I tried reaching out to support but told me to cover the screen, dont do 80% of the workouts or just sell it. Was perfect before that update, now I just feel dumb because I have this massive paperweight I can't use and can't afford a replacement. I feel ripped off by a dumb change.

It’s nice when it works. I paid for the top of the line and what I get is frozen workouts. System won’t update. And I know streaming works because my subscription services are five it’s their platform and content that is completely faulty.

This is a fantastic rowing machine. I recently had two knee replacements and had been looking for a new machine to use in recovery and this fits the bill and more. First, I love that it sits so high, it makes it incredibly easy to get on and off -an important feature for me! I love the gaming aspect to the programs and it is an incredibly fun and addictive way to workout. From the gaming to the scenic runs, to the pros vs Joes, it all comes together to make a complete workout package. I LOVE that someone finally made a rower that allows streaming on the gorgeous monitor that it comes with. It is nice to watch a favorite program while rowing and this allows that. Very nice touch. While the price is a wee bit more than some other rowers of the same class it is well worth the little bit of extra money it cost for the added features. Customer service, at least by email, was very fast to reply and they were courteous and professional. Overall, it has been a great experience.
