Aurum Brothers – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

After SIXTEEN emails back and forth with this unscrupulous company about a bracelet they made incorrectly, I ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Their “30-day Satisfaction Guarantee” is categorically false. Buyer beware! They refused to make a simple exchange for a bracelet that they made way too tight for my wrist. I had carefully measured per their online instructions, and the sizing instructions specifically state to NOT add any length to the measurement, so I expected to receive a bracelet that was properly and professionally made that did not fit so tight that it made indentations for each little bead into my skin! Any “normal” bracelet should fit well with a tiny bit of movement on the wrist, not only for comfort’s sake, but to allow for the natural swelling and constricting of the wearer’s wrist during seasonal/temperature changes. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and informed me that the only way they would correct THEIR mistake was for me to pay to resize the bracelet. I’ll also have to comment on the quality of the piece itself, regardless of their sizing mistake. The materials felt cheap and fake, almost like costume jewelry. I will admit that I did not test it in any way, but the metal components felt like they were plated and not true polished metal. I would also have concerns about the silicone “string” they use and its longevity, as it seems to be a thinner gauge than almost all of my family’s other pieces and how durable it may be. I would expect better of a product at this price point.

Simpelt tyveri eller bare den dårligste kundeservice ever.
