Utilizo o Auchan online e são ótimos. Contactam-nos quando algum produto está em falta e substituem pelo que indicamos. São atenciosos e cumpridores na entrega.

Perfeito fazer compras nas lojas Auchan. Bons produtos, atendimento excelente. Tudo perfeito. Há 3 anos que optei por fazer as minhas compras online uma vez por mês via Auchan Online e sempre tive a melhor experiência. Muitos parabéns.

I have been shopping with Auchan.pt (Castelo Branco store) weekly for 4 months now. I also used Auchan.pl in the past. I don't think I ever had a bad experience with them shopping either online or in person. Compare that to Pingo Doce in person shopping which has been a bad experience more than half the times (huge lineups, rude security guards, one cashier insisting I empty my private bad in front of the cash or she will not proceed, staff not knowledgeable about the availability of their products). But Auchan.pt is different. Online deliveries are on time and friendly. In-person experience has always been good. Lineups are never long, at least in Auchan Portugal Castelo Branco. Customer service staff is friendly and knows their product stock. They are flexible - able to pick up a product on the last minute before delivery, and try to accommodate last minute requests. Even the one time I made a mistake and I wasn't home to receive a scheduled delivery it wasn't a big deal to them. Product selection is also excellent, products are fresh, and if a customer has a problem with any product, a refund is immediately granted. I can't recommend them enough. I do not impress easily, yet I find Auchan Portugal is over and beyond the typical customer service experience in Portugal, and after shopping with them regularly for a long time and consistently being impressed, I am pretty sure it's on purpose. UPDATE: Sadly, Auchan Amadorra in Lisbon (the online delivery store for the capital) is not nearly as good. A lot of mistakes are made, once I received someone else's groceries instead of mine. I would rate Amadorra Auchan.pt as 3/5.
