Purchased a couch July 24, 2024 with ASAP delivery. Never told their policy of 1-4 weeks. Called Customer Service after hearing nothing for two almost 3 weeks, and was told their policy. Ok I'll wait. Three weeks go by, called Customer Service and was read the same speech; I asked for a supervisor and was given to Skye. I asked if they valued my business because the previous girl told me to go to the store and ask for my money back. Skye did her best. After talking with her, I did receive a text telling me they check their stock/delivery everyday and will let me know when I can expect mine. That was 10 days ago. So after waiting 4 plus weeks, I went into the store and asked for a refund. Was not greeted, but ok. Went to the desk and a woman asked how she could help me. Told her I wanted a refund after waiting 4 weeks and hearing nothing. She went to her computer, punched a couple numbers, talked with an older man maybe the manager. No one asked if there was anything they could do to save the deal, offer an apology, NOTHING. I don't recommend shopping there. Big Lots has the same stuff...

I recently had an issue with a bed foundation that I ordered, based on the recommendation of the online customer service representative who sold me my bedroom furniture. I did not require a foundation based on the type of bed I ordered. I spoke to several people before I finally reached the person who made sure that my order could be both returned and refunded appropriately. A gentleman by the name of Jason Davis, who is the Retail Customer Care Representative Lead, very patiently discussed the situation via email, and he always followed-up to provide me updates on the status of my request to return the merchandise. He sent very nice individuals to pick up my foundation, and he made sure I received a refund back to my payment source. Jason definitely lives up to the title of "Customer Care Representative Lead" and Ashley knew what they were doing when they hired him. He was kind, patient, understanding and an exemplary model of professionalism for his peers and this company. JoAnne Ellis

Shopping for new living room furniture, I included Ashley Stoney Creek on my search. The store was bright, immaculate and well laid-out. I was greeted on arrival by Mahi Parashar who listened to my preferences and directed me to appropriate options. She was knowledgeable and engaging with absolutely no pressure. Price point and quality were excellent. I returned the next day to complete the purchase.

I had an exceptional experience today with Ashley furniture. I was assisted by Helen she took the time to make sure that I got what was best for my family. I love it. She’s very kind and patient.

I love all of the workers! They are so nice and helpful. All the furniture is beautiful and comfortable. I really Recommend this store :)
