Do not rent from Arrive Outdoors. Customer satisfaction is not a tenet of theirs. My husband and I planned a remote camping trip cross country and we thought Arrive Outdoors offered exactly what we needed, camping gear delivered to our destination. Only we didn’t get our gear and getting the personnel at ao to react and do their job expediting an equipment shipment to us so we could salvage our cross country trip did not happen. Two days into our four day camping trip, and after much push from us, we received some of our order, minus a cooler and batteries for our lamps. Our entire trip was altered and we incurred unplanned restaurant and hotel expenses. Arrive Outdoors has made it clear to us by their non action, following many emails from us, that we are not a valued customer. Please do not make the same mistake, avoid this company.

THIS is a cautionary tale. We called ahead of time because we were concerned about there being no notice of shipment on the website. We received a tracking number. We got to the FedEx office ONLY to find that yes it had arrived, and no they didn't have it, as this office doesn't hold packages, it had been sent back! When i called Arrive Outdoors I was given no apology and told it was my responsibility to know the capabilities of the FedEx office i was choosing. Clearly their site says they deliver to any authorized FedEx location. When I asked what could be done Mike again reiterated that this 'happens a lot' but this was my fault and and the answer - nothing. I then asked to speak to Mike's supervisor and a 4 hour delay wiped out any chance of a priority shipment to arrive the next day. When talking to Mikayla she assured us that we would have the packages at 10am on day 3. Only one of 2 showed up, missing a cooler, no batteries in one light. We bought a cooler and got on with enjoying the last two days of our 4 day trip camping on a beach in N. California. I have so far heard nothing except that they are SO sorry, let us refund your money and we'll pay for the cooler. We flew 2500 miles and drove 6 1/2 hours only to lose 2 of our four days. Maybe, you want to use another option if this is how serious they are about their part in insuring that you have a good vacation. Day 15, conversation about added cost to Arrive for second shipment, but no resolution to our issue. Mikayla was to get back about resolution. Day 18, no call, no resolution to our issues.
