Excellent polite service and advice from start to Finnish, staff went the extra mile whilst my wife who is in a wheelchair and myself were in the store, goods arrived earlier than estimated and we were kept informed,

Our new Stressless chairs were delivered by Chris & Ben yesterday morning. As usual they were on time and assembled the chairs in no time at all. Very friendly, efficient service. Have bought a lot of furniture from Arighi's and have always had excellent service from them.

We went to Arighi Bianchi after having had a nightmare with a well known sofa company. We ordered new sofas and footstool and Arighi Bianchi provided us with loan furniture whilst our new ones were being made, we had been left with no sofas due to issues with other sofa company. The experience from start to finish of dealing with Arighi Bianchi was amazing and the staff were brilliant. I just wish we had gone to them first. On the day our new furniture was delivered, Ben & Damo, the delivery drivers, could not have been any better. They removed their shoes without having to be asked, were professional and knowledgable. The quality of the furniture is miles apart from what was delivered from the previous company we had used, you may be thinking ah but I bet you paid loads more for it, but no, we paid an extra £211.00 for it. This was so worth it when you think of all the money we lost having to have six days off in total during our last experience with the other company plus all the trips to and from the store to try and sort things out and time spent writing numerous complaint emails. Our sofas and footstool from Arighi Bianchi are excellent quality and I am so glad we went to them. We cannot recommend this company and their staff enough!

I ordered some cushions on line to collect from the warehouse in Macclesfield. The following morning I had a a telephone call, to check if I had made an error as they had noticed my address is in Wales. Very good to know they have a caring, personal touch.

Brilliant delivery by Chris. Extremely careful with the products and took all the packaging away. Highly recommend
