Collection/drop-off was very efficient, and carried out buy courteous, good natured staff.

The rental car agent saved me a lot of money by explaining how prepaid gas worked. I was not prepared for expensive gas was in California and she saved me at least 1.00 a gallon. She was really efficient and explained everything carefully. I don’t travel very much and rarely rent a car. So I appreciated that!

Everything went as it should have with a car rental agency. Everything was spelled out and payment was in advance and checking the car out at midnight in Phoenix right before they closed all went seamlessly. The Chrysler Pacifica van had 2,097 miles on it, and was a pleasure to drive 1563 miles with 4 adults, an infant, and a lot of luggage and baby gear. We averaged over 28 MPG and enjoyed the new car smell. The white exterior kept the car's inside temperature comfortable when parked in the hot sun. $513 for 11 days with a new car has reaffirmed my feelings about using Fox car rental for future trips.

Found a good car rental company that I could use.
