Despite my repeated efforts to unsubscribe from their mailing list, including following all the necessary steps to remove myself from their newsletters and promotional messages, I found that my inbox continued to be inundated with their correspondence. This persistent oversight on their part has been quite frustrating and undermines the user's control over their own communication preferences.

I did not authorize the payment the second time. This place figured out my updated card information and charged me without my permission. If I had wanted to continue the service the second year, I would have given them the updated card information. Instead of getting my card information legitimately, this company figured out the new card expiration date and charged me the second year, without authorization.

Very reasonably priced user-friendly scriptwriting software. Some tiny tech issues eg sometimes the cursor isnt where you expect it. But these are very minor and there's good support. I chose it mainly because of the online backups. (It seems the alternatives expect you to back stuff up onto your laptop. Eeek)
