I am a relatively new customer. I have bought only a few coins with APMEX so far. APMEX is Very professional, & very knowledgable. The main reason for this review is that I was on a Message Alert list for a coin for a year and a half; they followed thru and when the prior owner sold it back I was immediately texted, It was the year my younger son was born ( with low mintage, proof,etc); so I bought another coun for my older son also. Just purchased 3 Charles Schultz limited 1oz rounds and was very pleased with all aspects of the coins, company and processes. I was concerned using a check might be inelegant, but other than adding a week to delivery it went perfectly and I saved a couple of percents!!! Very skeptical after reading all these negative reviews so I made a small purchase as a trial run. Paid via Paypal, received confirmation and tracking within 24hrs and arrived within one week. No issues. I will def purchase again.

No issues ever and all orders shipped in timely manner. People who complain about APMEX are the type who complain about everything.
