relatively simple process to order and receive my goods. Delivery great. l knew when it was coming, and was told specific times the nearer the delivery men got to my address. l found the hard sell of after care insurance a bit much. l had manufacturers extended warrantee on the item for five years. l am not against extra cover but you should allow customers enough time to get the manufacturers terms and conditions before the hard sell starts. l do not want to pay extra money (for 5 years!) to cover the same appliance twice! maybe let customers know, then give them a week after delivery, when warrantees have been registered, before you start the hard sell. at least then, both parties have the full facts. Thank you

Next day delivery was a huge plus, unfortunately, the delivery time kept being out back resulting in my easing machine being installed at 7pm. I received a phone call from the delivery guy apologising for the delay however. I did not get a demonstration as promised to show all was working as it should, probably due to the lateness. My machine is now making a loud banging noise when spinning.

Everything ran very smoothly from placing the order to delivery. The delivery guys were absolutely brilliant, phoned with eta, they measured entrances, unpacked taking cardboard away and put the appliance in place. They were extremely careful not to damage anything and took their time. Can’t rate these two guys enough and AO is A1. Thank you.

The delivery was nice and early as I work nights it helped. The guys acknowledged my needs as they had to remove the doors to get it into the kitchen. After a few hours due to the settling in of the gases I switched it on and what a difference it has made to my food quality and storage. Value it’s well worth the money I invested in the appliance.

There were lots of choices across a wide price range. The price i paid was competative and i was very happy with the next day delivery and removal of my old appliance. Kept up to date regarding delivery and very helpful delivery team.
