Our suitcase arrived with some scratches on, unfortunately there was no further stock and we needed it by the weekend. The agent I dealt with was really polite, straightforward and effective in explaining the options to me.

Decided to take advantage of the discount offered well before needing to use suitcases this year, therefore they have only been admired rather than used in anger! Extremely quick turnaround from pushing the button to them arriving via courier which was quite pleasing. Proper test will be in late spring and then again in late September, so we wait and see if they live up to their billing.

Great under seat bag for the plane, it holds quite a bit and because of all the various pockets it was easy to organise and find things quickly. Looks good as well.

Fantastic luggage, even better customer service! I got jealous of my partner's large green suitcase so bought a midsized one and the small carry on with the zip front and they are beautiful! After realising that the Taupe color was much more grey than beige, a super friendly customer service rep helped me order a new black one.
