Annie Haak – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Paid over £120 for bracelets and they lasted just over a year - just outside the warranty so no help with replacement. I expected it to be fit for purpose and last longer than one year though. Will never buy from here again. Would definately not recommend!

I ordered a bangle they sent the wrong one which I asked them to send the right one, then they sent the right bangle but the wrong size, they told me I had ordered the wrong size but I have a email to proofed what I had asked them to send, they informed me I would have to repurchase and send the wrong size one back, I thought ok I will get a refund anyway so it doesn’t matter, so I reordered paid again and paid express delivery as it was a Christmas present. Now I’m being told they have not received one of the bracelets back so guess what they can’t refund so they have got both lots of money and I have one bangle. Shame on this company and I would never recommend them as this is all the fault of them for sending the wrong bangle in the first place and I am over £100 out of pocket. Terrible terrible company

Not only do they sell beautiful jewellery but the customer service is first class. I made a mistake with the address all my fault but Annie Haak reassured me and made the process stress free. They are so polite and helpful and answer all emails very quickly. The lady on the phone was amazing. This is the standard that every company should live up to. Have brought about 5 bracelets so far and will be buying so many more. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

I can’t rate this jewellery highly enough. I’ve got a collection of bracelets and rings from over the years and they really do keep well. They also offer a service to restring your bracelets, which is very efficient! The customer service team get back to you quickly and are very friendly.
