Android Homme – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Great service excellent service delivery my parcel arrived with no issues whatsoever all the way from Manchester to South Africa. Got my package in 5 days time, you guys are the best.

I love Android Homme trainers. I have 5 pairs. They look great for every occasion. However…..I recently contacted the company via their UK customer service portal on their web page. Response was quick but sadly the customer service agent didn’t seem to understand the reason why I was contacting them. I purchased a white pair of trainers in November 2023. They were purchased for this summer 2024. I’ve worn them approx 10 times. I’ve noticed black marks on the trainers which have clearly come from the black sole. I recently purchased a grey suede pair of trainers and have found a similar problem. I’ve asked Android Homme to look into this as it spoils the look of the trainers. I’ve asked if it’s s batch or process problem. Possibly a raw material problem. Which would impact the manufacture of the trainers. The Android Homme representative just keeps telling me because I purchased the trainers in Nov they are out of their 6 month warranty and there’s nothing they can do. I asked about my most recent pair and she said to go back to the retailer. I have pointed out numerous times. I’m not looking for a refund nor do I want an exchange. I simply want them to look into a possible fault in the manufacture process. I have asked her to escalate my concerns. She has told me it’s pointless as whoever she escalates to will just say the same. This is very frustrating. Android Homme are a premium brand trainer. They cost far more than the average trainer. I expect better customer service from a premium brand. This has left me questioning whether I continue to buy from them going forward.

Best service in deed I will be buying from this guy's again soon I'm speechless we order things online in our own country they still fail do do best as what this company did to me from UK to my door step in 4 working days

Ordered from Android Homme for the first time, and got the Leo Carrillo trainers which I loved online and when I received them, loved them even more, they arrived super quick and fit perfectly (ordered my usual size). The only reason this isn't a 5* star review is because I noticed some small black marks around the sides of them, which I can't remove (you don't notice them when they are on). All in all, I'd order again and I'm happy with them!
