The person on the phone helped me sort out a rather complicated issue. It took a little while, but he persevered and eventually completely resolved it. But what particularly impressed me was his friendliness and efficiency - I felt he was a genuine person who really cared about me as a person.
Ancestry is a great product, the site is easy to use and visual representations very clear and easy to understand. The tree building function is very good, easy to use. Support staff are helpful with questions.
