AmScope – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I can’t review for something I never received I ask for my money back but I’ve never heard from anyone I’ve emailed Amscope and UPS and no one will talk to me so I may never get my money back but for sure I won’t be doing anything from this company

I've had the most stressful experience with AmScope. I made an order a month before Christmas for my nephew and this was delivered to my local store rather than my property and I wasn't sent any notifications to make me aware. The store said they do not have my package so I have been charged for an item I didn't recieve and the number to contact AmScope isn't working. Avoid at all costs.

Superb service and communication from Maria (Amscope.de). Amscope.de don't ship to Switzerland but she offered to deliver to a UPS Access Point in France and I hopped over the border to collect it. Free shipping within Europe on a 25Kg microscope is excellent and saves approximately 500USD from US or China. I ordered a 3.5X-90X Simul-Focal Stereo Microscope (SM-4NTPZ-3PL) and it is an excellent device for an electronics laboratory. One can solder using the stereo eyepieces and simultaneously inspect using the camera. Please work on VAT free shipping to Switzerland, I had to pay both Dutch VAT of 19% plus 7.7% Swiss VAT (total 26.7% VAT) instead of 7.7%. There is no possibility of VAT refund from the Netherlands on a non-company purchase. The product still represents good value even with the unnecessary VAT payment.

Excellent customer service from Maria. DPS messed up my return, but Maria was fantastic and prossed my refund promptly. Highly recommend

My 8 year old son loves microscope kit with slides! He pretends like he's a scientist or police investigator! Another alternative to electronics!
