Ambronite – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

No reponse on emails. Havent shipped my order from october. Guess they went bankrupt?? To bad becuase i liked the stuff.

Order hasn't been shipped in two weeks, no response from customer support

Custom service is super slow. They'll respond after 9 days. I wanted to return my (unopened) package because it was sent out automatically due to subscription. I wanted to cancel my order but it took them 9 days to respond. Upon receiving the package I emailed them again asking what the next steps were for sending it back. Had to wait another 9 days...

ich habe gratis-muster mit einem gutschein bestellt. bestellung wurde zuerst akzeptiert, dann hieß es das material sei ausgegangen, dann wurde storniert weil der gutschein code angeblich gefälscht wäre. und um das alles noch zu toppen, wurden dann die gleichen gratis-muster für 9€ angeboten. absolute frechheit!
