We are Amazon customers for many years and I can only say that they have the best ever customer service I have ever experienced. And we order a lot! And by that I mean we get packages from Amazon almost daily! Even though sometimes there is a problem, but I always can reach customer service, and they are always friendly and workout my return or issue a refund with no problem at all. Can´t believe the many negative reviews on here. I cannot complain and love to order at Amazon!
Il miglior eshop del pianeta. Mi hanno conquistato con una logistica perfetta se il materiale è spedito da Amazon e un servizio clienti in garanzia incredibile se il venditore è Amazon. Diverso se il venditore è un terzo che si occupa anche della spedizione. Tempi di consegna più lunghi e regole di rimborso differenti, ma se il materiale è difettoso alla consegna o l'imballo è danneggiato ho sempre ottenuto un rimborso quasi immediato e in qualche caso senza la necessità di rispedire il bene: mi hanno chiesto la cortesia di smaltirlo personalmente. Credo che Amazon inserisca delle ottime clausole nei contratti con i venditori marketplace a protezione degli acquirenti. Qualche venditore terzo truffaldino può scappare alle loro maglie e mi auguro che le nostre segnalazioni aiutino Amazon ad isolare i venditori disonesti.
Il miglior servizio ecommerce online. Compro spesso anche con warehouse (da oggi denominato seconda mano) e sono sempre stato tutelato. Unica pecca (una stella in meno infatti) è che non ci sia internamente uno storico dei prezzi per capire quali prodotti sono davvero scontati e quali non, perchè alle volte vedo offerte che offerte non sono.
Goede producten. Bezorgdienst enorm vriendelijk. Ze bellen als ik niet thuis ben en komen later terug om het pakketje opnieuw te bezorgen. Vragen hoelaat ik terug thuis ben zodat ik het pakketje kan aanpakken.
