Zum ersten Mal diesen Winter (Mitte März) benutzt. Hatte ein komplettes Ski Set für meine Freundin online reserviert (in Davos Klosters bei Andrist Ski Service) Alles hat super geklappt und die Bronze Ski hatten eine Top Qualität (sie ist Anfängerin, aber auch für Fortgeschrittene waren die Ski Top) War deutlich günstiger als vor Ort oder auf der Website des Ladens. Mitarbeiter waren trotzdem nett Hatte keine Probleme und kann es definitv weiterempfehlen (was Storno Bedingunen angeht kann ich nichts sagen weil wir die vollen Tage genutzt haben)

Ich hatte Ski für ein Wochenende auf der Planneralm reserviert und vorab bezahlt. Aufgrund von Lawinengefahr war dann die Zufahrtsstraße zum Skigebiet gesperrt und wir mussten unser Wochenende stornieren. Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem hilfsbereit und haben mehrmals mit dem Skiverleih vor Ort Kontakt aufgenommen um eine Lösung zu finden. Auch ich wurde mehrmals kontaktiert um mich über den Stand zu informieren. Schlussendlich wurde die Reservierung storniert und ich habe den gesamten Betrag problemlos zurückerhalten. Vielen Dank für den tollen Kundensupport!! Beim nächsten Mal buche ich gerne wieder

Hatte innerhalb des Skigebietes bei einem zu weit vom Hotel entfernten Skishop gebucht (30 Minuten Fahrt) und konnte früh um 9.00 Uhr auf Kulanz! noch umbuchen (Neubuchung und Storno). Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Used this website to book our skis for our trip to Solden in December. We hired at Sportlife Brugger and everything was really smooth. I own my own boots so I only needed skis and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. My friends who needed boots weren't much longer. The booking process on the website was easy, and critically the shop had our booking info and got to us straight away when we arrived. Couldn't have been easier.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews posted about Alpin Resorts. I booked for a group of 7 of us staying in Val Thorens last month and had no problems. We used the Ski Republic shop in Peclet, excellent prices and equipment perfectly acceptable, changed some during the week, shorter skis, different boots, no quibbles. Although we were not supposed to be able to collect our equipment until after 3pm the day before hire they let us have it at 1pm so we had an extra afternoons skiing and they waived any extra charge. Luckily I took out insurance as one of our group had their skis stolen from a restaurant, I hadn't read the small print properly and didn't realise we would have to pay the shop the excess amount (€200) and then make a claim, however, submitted all the paperwork and received a refund within 5 days, excellent service.
