AllModern – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

So far not great. Off to a very bad start! I ordered chairs for my island almost 2 months ago and have almost paid the full amount off of $400!!! The chairs were back ordered and when I look online they aren’t even processed! They said they would be here by Jan 2! That’s tmw! Im actually pretty upset about this! They take your money pretty easily but no notice at all! I have no clue when they will get here or if I will ever receive them!! We’ve been waiting a long time! 😠

I can't say enough great things about AllModern/Wayfair. We purchased a rather pricy item that the carrier damaged. I filed a complaint with the carrier and AllModern, along with the carrier complaint. I provided documentation. AllModern has gone above and beyond in ensuring resolution of this. Their customer service reached out to me and have been so proactive. I am so impressed and appreciative. I've purchased several things from AllModern/Wayfair and always been pleased.

I've bought a few pieces from AllModern over the years. As other reviewers have stated, it's a sister company to Wayfair with filtered, modern selection - so if you've bought from there, you know how more affordable furniture can go; hit or miss. I haven't bought anything super costly from here (under $1k) - but I give it 4 stars because it's a legitimate furniture site with real reviewers but wouldn't expect the quality from say, West Elm. At one point I bought a 2-star bench because the price was unbeatable and thought the few reviewers had outlier experiences, but my bench arrived visibly damaged (as other reviewers on the site said). I reported it to AllModern and after going through the review process they gave me a full refund, no return needed. I've also bought other decently priced furniture from here and the style is good, they basically dupe a lot of CB2 and West Elm products at cheaper prices which means you'll get lesser quality, but still better than IKEA I'd say.

Ordered a pair of high end dining chairs. Communications and delivery were smooth. Chairs look great. Saved 30% from big name sites.
