Försökte först fylla i formuläret som ticketmaster länkar till. Det fungerar inte så lägg ingen tid på det. Jag mailade i stället. Fick svar efter 7 dagar med vad jag behövde maila in. Efter att jag skickat allt fick jag svar på en dag och pengarna på kontot inom 3 dagar. Snabb hjälp men maila! använd inte formuläret de går inte ens att lägga kn ett svenskt konto där. De verkar inte avsett för svenska medborgare.

We have worldwide travel insurance with Allianz as part of our Platinum NatWest bank account. We had to make a difficult decision to cancel a holiday to the Maldives on the advice of a doctor due to a very unexpected pregnancy and the Maldives having a risk of Zika virus. NatWest terms and conditions stated that we would be covered for cancellation if I had fallen pregnant unexpectedly and a doctor advised us not to travel, which was the case so we were fairly hopeful and confident the claim would be hassle free. We submitted our claim via the online hub and were asked to provide the booking confirmation, cancellation invoice, medical report confirming pregnancy and a medical certificate from the doctor justifying the reason for cancellation. Within 3 months of opening the claim, we had the full amount of money we had lost (minus the excess) in our bank account so an excellent experience and outcome. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because communication was very slow and sporadic (one or two emails within that time requesting further information or giving us an update. Emails that I initiated were not responded to), but apart from that, we are very happy and relieved. Thank you Allianz/Natwest.

Claimed for an event following the sad death of my lovely mum. The whole process was very straightforward only needing to explain our situation and provide a copy of the death certificate and invoice for the event. The money was refunded in to my account within a week of making my claim. I would recommend taking this insurance out.

Was very pleasantly surprised to receive a pay out after missing an event due to COVID. Always buy this insurance for event tickets for the peace of mind but the first time I had to claim I was expecting a battle to get my money back but surprisingly it was no hassle. The online form was very intimidating, requiring uploads for medical notes etc... but I just uploaded a photo of a positive lateral flow test for all the mandatory uploads and the claim was accepted.

I have worked with many assistance companies in my role as a US-Based flight nurse. A friend asked me to help with her travel medical issue. I was dreading calling, anticipating hours on hold. Quite the reverse, I got through almost immediately, explained the situation to "Trish" who was the Allianz rep. Trish was very understanding and actually conveyed a sense of concern. Trish quickly took the information and as promised called my friend and reassured her that Allianz would help her. I would have to say one of the best experiences with a travel assistance call center in many years !! Well done Allianz... Steve Williams, REVA
