It was a magical holiday hotel was fab all members of the staff were very friendly and welcoming the managers made our holiday very enjoyable the trips were great and our coach driver was also great had good knowledge of the area

First holiday with Alfa, certainly won’t be our last… Everything from the pick up to take us to the hub to actually getting to the hotel went smoothly… Hotel in places a little tired, our room was large, clean and with a good view. One of the main reasons for my 5* was the food…. It was excellent, but more so good and hot, I can’t stand look warm food…it was also nice to have breakfast served as aposed to getting it from the hot…. we chose the holiday for the excursions…we were not disappointed… I would recommend Alfa to all.

We enjoyed the Cavendish Hotel, the staff were very helpful and the food was very good, there was a good choice for breakfast and dinner. We paid extra for a sea view and the view of the prom and beach was well worth it. Location of the hotel was perfect. We would definitely use this hotel again.

As this was my first holiday with my lady friend it was fantastic. And we have booked a further two holidays with you. The hotel the bedrooms the food all excellent. Good entertainment every evening. Lovely choices on menus each day all served with very nice young lady Silvea. Our trips were all lovely places ( although the trip to Arlington with a stay of four hours was too long with only a one hour visit to Woolacombe being too short as most of passengers thought same. Drive James very good and informative. Yes most enjoyable thank you.

We really liked the driver and all the arranged excursions to the historic houses. The amount of given time to walk round these houses etc was ideal.
