To good sirvece in air India

In spite of really bad weather throughout the journey, we did not feel any turbulence at all. Very smooth take off and landing by the pilot. The crew looked after my husband very well who had swollen feet. Thank you Air India team.

Earlier this was the airline to avoid :) sorry to be honest here but since the Tata acquisition the quality of customer service has improved significantly. I recently had a problem when returning to UK from India and their customer service was fa bu lous :) and yes this review would be incomplete if I don't mention the food. Its way better than British Airways which I used to use in the past.

Full disclosure first. We reluctantly booked Air India as they were the only airline that flew London- Delhi then Delhi-Sydney. We wanted to do a stop over and Delhi and Taj Mahal a good 4 day option. I flew Air India about 7 years ago and it wasnt great but this time I was pleasantly suprised by how muchg better the whole experience was on both legs of the trip. Great service and food plus nice clean modern planes that were on time. You have to like curry but to be fair they know thier auduence so it was good quality and each meal was varied.

I recently had the pleasure of flying with Air India from London Heathrow to Cochin, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The highlight of the journey was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the air hostess, Rakhi. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the flight truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure that all passengers were comfortable and well taken care of, which added a personal touch to the journey. The in-flight food was another standout aspect of the trip. Each meal was delicious, showcasing a wonderful variety of flavors that catered to different palates. The quality and taste of the food exceeded my expectations, making the dining experience onboard a delightful one. Overall, Air India provided a fantastic flight experience with top-notch service and excellent cuisine. I would highly recommend this airline to anyone traveling on this route.
